Experiencing dizziness, vertigo, or imbalance?
Our team aims to help you regain control and independence. Using personalised and evidence-based physiotherapy, we empower your recovery by enhancing your balance, mobility, and overall well-being.
Established in 2003, Core Concepts is Singapore’s Leading Physiotherapy Group. Neuro Physio by Core Concepts is a dedicated unit focused on neurological and vestibular rehabilitation. We assess and manage conditions such as vertigo, vestibular hypofunction, balance disorders, concussion, and other neurological presentations.
We provide comprehensive dizziness and balance assessments, including the Dix-Hallpike test for BPPV, to identify the cause of your symptoms, reduce your dizziness, and help you regain steady, confident balance.
Supporting this process is our wider rehabilitation team of massage therapists and functional trainers, who provide adjunct manual therapy, functional stretch therapy for spasticity and increased tone, and progressive strength and conditioning to complement and reinforce physiotherapy goals.
Neurological physiotherapy (neurorehabilitation) focuses on conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord and nerves, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis. These conditions may cause weakness, poor coordination, balance problems and reduced mobility. Through structured, evidence-based rehabilitation, we aim to improve movement control, restore walking ability and reduce fall risk — helping you regain independence and confidence.
