Nicole is a Vestibular/Neurological Senior Physiotherapist at Core Concepts Group. She is experienced in the assessment and treatment of vestibular and neurological conditions with 6 years of experience in Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s neurological team in a variety of settings, inpatient, intensive care unit outpatient and the emergency department, which include musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary disciplinaries.

Wei Juan is Senior Physiotherapist at Core Concepts Physiotherapy with over 10 years of clinical experience in restoring function and independence for patients. She worked previously in the acute hospital setting at Tan Tock Seng Hospital specialising in an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to neurological rehabilitation (stroke, Parkinson’s), proactive geriatric care focused on falls prevention and healthy aging, as well as vestibular therapy for balance disorders.
As a Certified Pilates Instructor, Wei Juan uniquely bridges the gap between clinical treatment and functional wellness, utilising Pilates-based principles to enhance musculoskeletal recovery and core stability. Wei Juan’s practice is rooted in evidence-based clinical reasoning and personalised care plans designed to maximise patient mobility and quality of life.
