After 9 treatments, it is time to review..hahaha..cos to write a review too early for treating my right frozen shoulder is not really fair for readers, in my opinion. Because I need to observe and see if my condition has any improvement, the overall experience has improved alot!
My 1st treatment was with Nicole, 30mins $207.10 incld GST. We started very punctual. Nicole is very knowledgement, friendly, respectful. She did dry needling for me, massaged, stretched, measured my range in motion, and then before the session ends, she go thru with me her plan for treating my FS (frozen shoulder).
The plan is 1 session with her, 1 session with massage therapist. I followed! After 1st treatment, I can feel i am much better.
All my sessions started on time and end on time. My money is well spent there, very worth it!
In the middle of my treatment, Nicole got injured, so I continued to turned up and see Aarifin (Fin) and told him that i will trust CC to plan my sessions for my FS although Nicole to rest. He is very very accurate in massage and did Shock wave for me. So for the following on-going sessions, I continued to see (Fin), then Tan Yi Ren, who is very smiley, then Isaac. Isaac is also very respectful, he looked at my progress before he start treating me.
CC is very united. From telephone service to whatsapp to counter to treatment service. All the staff NO DOUBT has a SPIRIT of EXCELLENCE! When I need them to email me an invoice, within minutes I received it. When I need to know who is my therapist for my next session, they WA me asap. they always send me reminders ON TIME.
For any company to EXCEL, all the staff need to work together and communication is key! They never fail to smile! I WILL 100% RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS TO CC FOR SURE. LASTLY, LIZHEN NEVER FAIL TO REMIND ME TO WRITE A REVIEW. SHE IS VERY PERSISTENT, WELL DONE! 5 STARS....:))))
